Our sessions vary in price depending on the service you are looking for. Get in touch for prices. 
Our sessions are extremely rarely cancelled. One circumstance that may force sessions to be called off is the weather, but only in very extreme conditions. If a session is cancelled, you will be notified by phone on the number you provided on your booking form. Please see the cancellation policy question below for any further queries.
All sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice, before the start of your session. Sessions can be cancelled when via messaging the WhatsApp phone number. Please reach out to us when cancelling a session as we will always try to assist and find a solution.All sessions can be rearranged with no later than 24 hour’s notice.
 
Yes parents are more than welcome to watch at the facility, we kindly ask that you watch from behind the fence surrounding the pitch. This applies for all of our training sessions and camps.
 
An Elite group session is a service that allows players of all ability levels to book as individuals, and come together as a group to work on a specific topic. Our class sizes vary but our maximum player to trainer ratio is 15:1.

Yes you can book a single session, but works out cheaper to do a block.
 
Consistency is key for anything in life and especially in developing a skill, so we encourage weekly sessions. If for any reason you are unable to do a session as long as you let us know before 24 hours of the session time we can rearrange for another time or week and this will not count towards the sessions you have left in your block. 
 
We have a great retention rate at Star Player Ltd and the children always enjoy the sessions so much and parents see development in them so they always continue. Simply we will send out a new invoice at the end of the sessions and if you would like to continue then we go on as normal making your child the best they can be, if not then we part our ways and wish you the best. 
 
 
Once we have your details on file and confirm what date, time and coaches you want to train your child, we will send over an invoice with details of how to pay.
 
We welcome all players starting at U6 and at all skill levels from beginners to professionals. We do not have a level or skill requirement; however, the player must want to train and improve their game.

We are fortunate enough to have a staff of 6 of the best coaches in the country. Our staff features ex pros and semi pros, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas football. Your children are in great hands. 
 
 
If you can’t find any session availability online, please fill out our contact form and a member of our admin team will be in touch with you to ensure you are able to book a session as soon as possible.
 
 
Yes, all camps start at 10am and drop off is permitted from 9:30am onwards. Members of the Star Player Ltd staff will be on hand for players to sign in with parents, then oversee them until camp start time. Late pick up’s are also available at the conclusion of each day of camp until 30 minutes past the camp conclusion time.
