Neo plays a hands-on leadership role within the community, actively delivering sessions and programmes. He ensures the CIC’s values are reflected in the day-to-day work, engaging directly with young people and helping drive positive outcomes through sport and mentoring.
Carlos oversees bid writing, funding applications, and financial management. He plays a key role in securing resources to sustain and grow the CIC’s work, ensuring strong financial governance and strategic planning.
Eddie leads on promotion and awareness, helping to share the impact and vision of Starplayer 4:13 CIC. Through outreach and communication, he strengthens community engagement and supports the growth of the organisation’s presence.
